Video 2 - Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation

The Personal Compensation Stream (Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation) determines disputes relating to workers compensation under the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988. This video provides information on the process when an employer lodges a dispute to a worker’s claim for workers compensation pursuant to section 81A of the Act. Video 3 - Guardianship Stream

The Tribunal can make decisions for the benefit of persons who have impaired decision-making ability and are unable to make reasonable judgements about personal matters and financial matters. This video provides information about the processes involved when making an application for Guardianship and/or Administration.

Video 4 - Mental Health Stream

The Mental Health Stream of the Tribunal makes orders and/or conducts reviews under the Mental Health Act 2013 and the Criminal Justice (Mental Impairment) Act 1999. It protects the rights, safety, inclusion and dignity of people being involuntarily treated for mental illness.
