Retirement Villages Act 2004 reforms

From 27 November 2023, operators of retirement villages in Tasmania will be able to apply to the TASCAT to have a determination made with respect to whether an increase to recurrent charges may be applied to residents and tenants of those retirement villages. The Tribunal has produced an Information Sheet and Application for Determination Form.
