New TASCAT Online Services Portal

A new TASCAT Portal has been launched that will allow online inspection of the Advance Care Directive Register maintained by the Tribunal in accordance with the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995.

The portal will allow authorised persons under the Act access to the register 24 hours per day once they have been granted approval by the Registry.  Please ensure you make your application for access during registry hours if you wish to obtain access for 24 hours per day to the register.

In future, the TASCAT Portal will support more online services with the Tribunal. The Tribunal will announce new services as they are implemented.
