New Notice of Appearance Form

The Tribunal has issued a generic Notice of Appearance form for all Streams of the Tribunal.  It is a form issued pursuant to SR 8 of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Rules 2021.

The form is to be used by any person who is representing a party to any proceedings before the Tribunal. Please note that the Tribunal Rules require that the notice is to be served on all other parties to the proceedings.
